operations.

However, we do accept exchanges and returns under specific, valid circumstances.

Exchange / Replacement
Eligibility:
Manufacturing defect
Sizing issue

If your item qualifies under these, you may request:

A replacement of the same product, or
An exchange for another size/product (subject to availability)
Returns (Only for Manufacturing Defects)

Eligibility:
Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, undamaged, and with all original tags and labels intact
Process:

Email us at support@lostexit.com with clear images and a description of the issue.
Our team will assess the concern and approve the return/exchange if valid.
For replacements, let us know your preferred product. Any balance amount will be settled accordingly.

Once approved, our delivery partner will arrange a pickup.
After the returned item passes a quality check, we will proceed with your requested resolution.

Refunds
In valid return cases, once approved by our Quality Team, you will receive either:
A refund to your original payment method, OR
A store voucher redeemable for any future purchase.

Shipping
We understand the pace of the world we live in is quick, efficient, and always moving. At Lost Exit, we aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 4–5 business days.

Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2000.
Orders below this value will be charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99.

Cancellations

We offer a limited window for cancellations right after an order is placed.

Prepaid orders are processed swiftly and cannot be cancelled once placed.
However, we understand exceptions occur. For any such cases, please reach out to us at support@lostexit.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

We reserve the right to uphold or override these policies in cases of suspected misuse or malicious intent. Fraudulent activity may result in being barred from future purchases and could lead to further action.


Additional Notes
If your original order included a gift, it must also be returned in its original condition.
Items returned without original packaging or tags will not be accepted.
